Role - Executive Assistant - Group Executive Office

Job Description

1. Supporting GEO in analysing plant operations, inventory health, production planning and other aspects related to plant.
2. Creating templates and ensuring periodic circulation of various reports
3. Planning and conducting meetings: Set Agenda for operations meetings, Drive MoMs points to closure, raise alarms for promoters incase of delay / bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of business goals.
4. Strategic Initiatives:
5. a. Studying and analyse industry data, identify best industry practices and present thoughts for discussion.
6. b. Challenge management thoughts with out of box ideas (wherever possible) to ensure robust business decision making.
7. c. Being active team member and contribute in all operations related initiatives including performance and productivity improvement, cost reduction, etc.

Ideal Candidate:

BE, MBA from Premiere B School, 2-4 years of experience in similar role

Strong exposure in plant operations in similar environment

Reporting: GM GEO

Location: Hyderabad

Skills
