Deal with customer queries and ensure appropriate resolution is offered to be able to manage customer experience and NPS.
Handle customer requests with the support of clearly defined scripts and processes.

Required Candidate profile
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.Graduate fresher can apply.
Undergraduate with prior call centre experience can apply.
Comfortable working in UK shifts.
