Job Description
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Team lead is mandate.
- Responsible for managing team, motivating the team through effective management, career development & Implementation of reporting mechanisms.
- Managing attendance, shrinkage, attrition & AHT for the team.
- To motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment
- Track and monitor service delivery as per the SOW
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities
- Answer operations related queries from the client and internal stakeholders
- Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverable's
- To create a conducive and stimulating environment for the teams to accomplish their goals
- Manage expectations of his/her team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs
- Represent the organisation and participate in client visits and reviews
- Accountable of team and process performance
