Job Description
As Associate Product Manager at Mega, you will have a rare opportunity to shape Mega's front end systems, product culture, development and deployment practices while evangelising a strong product culture across all teams. Your work will have a direct impact on the User Experience and User Interface of all the early Mega players across the world. We are a fast-growing company with leadership opportunities available to you as the team continues to expand Roles and Responsibilties
- Analyze business processes and revenue models of Mass Multiplayer Online Games
- Identify how to create player delight and measure strong engagement metrics
- Act as the bridge between the technical, data and business teams for the success of the product.
- Develop and own internal product roadmap for our growing demands
- Develop and evolve the practice of product management and data sciences at Mega
- Partner directly with senior executives including the CTO and CEO to level up Mega's product culture
- Identify how to create player delight and measure strong engagement metrics

Eligibility
- 1-3 years of product management/ data analytics/ consulting experience in consumer facing product or at an early-stage, fast-growing startup.
- Have a proven track record of delivering complex end-to-end product launchesStrong analytical skills and experience with SQL for doing data analysis
- Process-oriented and be able to deal confidently with evolving/changing situations
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and listening skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong empathy for the player/customer and other stakeholders
- A deep desire to dive in and learn about new problem spaces
- Have a proven track record of delivering complex end-to-end product launchesStrong analytical skills and experience with SQL for doing data analysis
