Job Description
*4 -7 years pure recruiting experience with the US IT staffing/ firm or consulting companies.
Able to build and Handel the team of 8 or more us recruiters.
Not consdiering bench sales resource ( Kindly do not apply )
Immediate Joinees preferred.
*Must have up to date Information on Technology and market knowledge.
Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle of US market.Should have working experience with direct clients as well as Implementation partners.Work closely with Recruiters to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements.
Individual contributor.
Own Database - Good to have:)
Very good experience in working on multiple requirements across all the technologies.
Hands on Experience in US Tax terms like H1B, C2C, and W2:
Working for direct client and VMS model.
Working with Citizens and green card holders.
Experience in Portal Sourcing using Monster, Dice and other Job PortalsExcellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites
.
Excellent Tech & profile Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Good interpersonal and team coordination skill Proactive, self-driven and quick learner.
Strong Team Player
Strong analytical sense and organization skills
Excellent time Management and Multitasking Skills
