Job Description
: Capital Structure Analysis. Ensuring accurate modelling of allocated portfolios and developing new transaction models and enhancing existing modelsManagement control : establishing a dashboard with key performance indicators for business monitoring and decision - making
Treasury : managing working capital (liquidity, collections and payments, short - term debts)
Relationship with banks : managing and using financial resources to achieve the company s general objectives, optimising performance by negotiating terms with banks and financial institutions
Accounting : managing the accounting and administration department
Budget control : producing investment and operational budgets at regular intervals for efficient decision - making
MIS : Evaluating and reporting on investment and financing options, with clear criteria

Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
Highly self - motivated and able to work autonomously, take initiative and make decisions

Participating in the establishment and amendment of company policies and procedures.

Track record of bringing innovative creative thinking and fresh ideas to an organization and/ or its services.
Knowledge of the fundraising environment and of a range techniques and disciplines which will support the cost - effective generation of income.
Sustaining relationships with analysts and investors.
Identification, analysis and valuation of growth alternatives through acquisitions.
Responsible for the path of growth, form new relationships, drive measurable value, and establish core financial processes and reporting requirements.
