Senior Operation Manager - Kolkata - MYMD @ Mymd Healthcare

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Recruit Doctors for US-based Clinic Chain in East India.
• Successfully generate business and liaison with new and existing Doctors
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level Doctors
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with Doctors
• Have to generate lead and close lead by visiting Doctors Location
• Should be good at hand-holding, cold calling and concept selling
• Experience in pharma, healthcare, and insurance will be added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5-9 years of sales experience.
• Must have experience in field sales in B2B with service selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salary up to 30 k plus incentive and expense.
