Job Description
for completion of day - to - day activity as per process standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. He/she needs to ensure adherence to all cut - off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. He/she should ensure that all queries/first - level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the periods pre - specified. Should take responsibility, act as a backup for the Peers in his/her absence, and share best practices with the team. .What we ll offer you

Your key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for the accurate and timely production of daily SLA
- Updating daily MIS
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral & written) & strong interpersonal skills
- Well - organized & able to clearly present results of work.
- Passion for change and confidence in own abilities.
- Need to work as per the guidelines/procedures set by the business.
- Responsible for understanding client s needs from a technical and operational perspective.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal.
- Should be flexible working in different shifts.
- Be comfortable & willing to drive process improvement. Ensure support for managing internal projects/initiatives. Should be diligent, shows initiative and proactive.
- Regular connect with stakeholders to ensure smooth quality delivery and new learning
- Good Time management skills. Timely response to all clients queries.
- Escalate all issues properly, in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business.
Your skills and experience
- Graduate & above preferably with Commerce background.
- Good communication skills both written & verbal.
- German Language Certification with B2.2 is must
- Ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Should have fair knowledge on Mutual Funds and Old Age pension funds.
Experience/Exposure
- Knowledge of Asset Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds (preferred)
- MS Office
- Experience in Banking/Finance
