Job Description
Candidate should be based out in Dubai .Age :- Only for Indian National in between (25-30 Years of Age)
Managing large numbers of inbound and outbound calls in as per company`s protocol
Following call center scripts when handling different topics
Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide the relevant solutions
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend Awareness campaign in workers accommodation.
Required Candidate profile
Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have entry/medium level knowledge and experience in Customer service / Call centre job
2 or more years of experience in customer service / Call Center .
Knowledge of UAE Labour law preferred
Must have knowledge on MS Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Should be expert in English writing skills
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
Candidate should be Minimum Graduate
Keen to understand the CRM systems and process
Ability of multi-tasking , set priorities and manage time effectively
