Process Overview:
Shared Technology Services (STS) is a technology group providing Application Development Shared Technology Services to the Global Business Services. STS is one of several Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying and modernizing our technology and operations environment.
STS is about the people who get our technology work done. STS is about building our own fungible or interchangeable pools of in - house technology resources, keeping intellectual capital inside the bank. The members of this group will provide subject matter expertise on their respective technology domains.
Job Description:
The Individual will be a part of Shared Technology Services (STS) providing Big Data Hadoop based solutions to multiple lines of business. Heshe will act as a consultant to the projects by providing best practices and offering solution accelerators for the projects and collaborate with the delivery team.

- Requirements
- Education: B.E. B. TechM.E.M. TechBSCMSCBCAMCA (prefer ITCS specialization)
- Certifications If Any: Cloudera Certified Professional (CCP), Cloudera Certified Associate (CCA) or any other Big Data related certificates would be preferred.
- Experience Range: 2 - 4 Yrs
- Mandatory Skill:
- 2 To 4 years of experience in software design & development.
- Strong knowledge Experience on Tandem Mainframe TACLTALSQLCICOBOL.
- Experience with EDI file formats such as X12, XML, NACHA, IDOC, and EDIFACT.
- Create and maintain documentation such as design docs, mapping specifications, flow diagrams, technical recovery plans, etc.
- Function within a distributed team model and interact with global team members.
- Should have good understanding of Agile methodology.
- Good to have Linux and shell scripting experience.
- Good in Communication skills and flexibility to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues.
- Desired skills:
- Knowledge of Banking and Finance domain.
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
