Currently, Our Client is looking for an experiencedProjectManagerwho will take on the management of key clientprojectswith the goal of delivering everyprojecton time, within budget and within scope. Someone,who is passionate about building products that customer love; who has a prior record of delivering the best solutions to different verticals for services based or product based companies. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture, vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.
Position Summary:
Proven working experience of more than 8 years inprojectmanagement or product management
Candiatemust haveexperiancehandling mobile as well as Gamesprojects.
5+ years of experiencemanagingand producing digital products, preferably in mobile and web domainas well as mobile technologies.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web
A demonstrated mastery of mobile, the web and general industry trends and best practices, as well as a willingness to learn and articulate the unique approach.
The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner.
A working knowledge of a mobile devices or browsers capabilities to the extent that most client questions can be answered without consulting a developer.
An innate ability to synthesize various data, learnings, and research to articulate the most important and actionable insights.
Strong visual thinking and storytelling abilities, simplifying complex concepts and strategies through design and logic.
Proven track record ofmanagingall aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Should have hands-on experience with agile methodology
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
An interest and comfort level in standing in front of a client or a room full of peers to give their opinion or a presentation.
A great personality with a willingness and commitment to learning, excellence for the company.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get thejob
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution ofprojects
Ensure that allprojectsare delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
Assist in the definition ofprojectscope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailedprojectplan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to theprojectscope,projectschedule, andprojectcosts using appropriate verification techniques
Measureprojectperformance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimizeprojectrisks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensiveprojectdocumentation
Requirements:
Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
Proven working experience inprojectmanagement in the IT sector across different verticals
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
