Team Overview - Colleague Transformation:
We live in a constantly changing and increasingly competitive world. Technology is changing how we live, work and shop. Colleagues want more flexibility and control on when and where they work. We need to replace our ageing legacy systems. Colleague transformation program aims at introducing a new, secure pay system - cloud based (Oracle HCM Cloud) - where all our colleague information is held in one place, helping us to manage and safeguard our information better. It involves a lot of configuration on Oracle HCM cloud and also complex integrations joining this system with external Time & Attendance and other systems. If you want to be part of the most complex and the largest Oracle HCM cloud implementation so far, then this is the place to be in.
