Core Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Sales of SME Products -Equipment Funding/Machinery Funding/School-Institution Funding, Medical Equipment funding, Working Capital Demand Loans, Expansion Loans (Property term loan).
2. Manage Relationship for portfolio of customers (Both Existing & New)
3. Customer Service - Address walk in customers issues
4. Reach out to SME Equipment Manufacturers for empanelment and design focused lending products for SME customers.
5. Handling and sourcing from Channels - DSA, Connectors and Charted Accountant.
6. Take Complete ownership of Sales Channel Management involving lead tracking, follow through and pay-outs.
7. Cross Selling
8. Managing Operations activity & Sales Data analytics and reporting for periodic Business Reviews and conferences.
9. Deepening of existing customers and ensure retention of customers
10. Generate referrals from internal database.
