Job Description

- Provide pre-sale and post sales technical support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex systems.

- Technical responsibility for pre- and/ or post-sales support of company products/systems.

- Assist Sales team in assessing and capturing technical requirement accurately and provide support.

- Customer analysis, requirements determination, design implementation, and provide long term support

- Excellent technical problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Team player, self-starter, highly motivated individual

- Ensure that Customer Relationships are well managed

- Lead technical presentations, demos/evaluation, seminar and training on company's Embedded Products.

- Ability to mentor/guide team members

- Required to Travel frequently

Required Candidate profile

Requirements: 4 - 6 years in Real Time Embedded Systems and Applications using Linux Knowledge on bus architectures & IO interfaces (PCI/ PCIe/ SATA/ USB/ Serial/ Ethernet/ I2C/ SPI). Knowledge on hardware platforms like VME/ cPCI/ VPX, Video & Graphics, Intel & PowerPC will an added advantage.

Strong Proficiency in C/C++ programming in Embedded Environment.

Proficiency & thorough knowledge on Linux internals, IDE & compilers.

Knowledge and experience in Systems Engineering/Hardware & Software Integration

Additional Skills / experience (Desired):

Knowledge of Embedded Systems and Software Engineering Development Lifecycle.

Exposure & Knowledge of QT & RTOS (VxWorks, Integrity, Lynx) is desirable

Knowledge on BSP & Driver Development.
