Job Description
Job Profile -
BuildingMall Operations of HVAC and Electrical Equipments.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of all equipments related to electro- mechanical.
Operations and maintenance of firefighting equipment's
Operations and Maintenance of plumbing equipment's
Preventive maintenance breakdown maintenance of electro- mechanical equipment's, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment's.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Supervising all technical staffs.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment's
Co- ordinate with Vendor, preparing PPM Schedule of maintenance of the devices.
Monitoring Maintenance of CCTV Camera
Space Management System (Seating Allocation).
Monthly Security Report Maintain Service Providers record details along with the Access Cards.
Temporary Card Reconciliation.
Maintain the Proforma invoice.
CCTV Drill report. (Quarterly Basis).
Conduct Prepare reports on Fire DrillBomb Threat Evacuation.
Prepare PPT for Fire Committee Members.
Maintain the Stationery Stock register.
Maintain the Stationery indent.
Maintain the records of Chip Card.
Prepare the Gate Pass.
Maintain the records of the Vending Premix Consumption data.
Prepare the Safety Security Dashboard.
Maintain the Service Outage Incident report.
Maintain the records of HK Material on Location wise.
Check of the Attendance register of the Service Providers.
Check of all the Bills of the Vendors deployed.
Keeping record on approval Status of the CR raised.
Month wise maintenance of Cell Compliance Documents deployed.
Maintain the Asset Register both in Hard Soft Copy.
Maintain records on E- waste Scrap Disposal.
To Execute all kinds of Jobs with coordination with the vendors deployed
Prepare Monthly report for Site.
Prepare all kinds of documents for HSE Security Audit.
