Were hiring for a Social Media Support Agent role! This position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer experience and strong communication skills. Youll be engaging with customers across social media and email, helping resolve issues, and providing proactive support.

Key Highlights:

• Onsite Hyderabad
• Rotational shifts and rotational week offs
• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in tech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with support channels like email, messaging, and social media.
• Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Salesforce, and JIRA is a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts and weekends.
