Job Description
This position is to support CDO - ERFT - GBAMT SDM transformation program acceleration. We are looking for someone who can work independently but in a team environment and will take ownership and pride in their work. The candidate will be responsible for project meetings, understanding requirements, designing, developing, and partnering with near shore and offshore teammates in a matrix environment. This position requires a strong working knowledge of database, .NET technologies or Java/J2EE application programming experience. Must have excellent software design, build, test and documentation skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment. Proven track record in project delivery in an agile environment. Must have excellent organization and team skills. Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision. Able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business and leadership. Expected to guide teams with setting up CI - CD tools as per bank standard guidelines. In certain situations it is expected to refractor project to suit central platform. Experience working in an AGILE environment is a plus. 3+ years technology architecture experience with strong SQL skills is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Should be doing hands on role and contribute to the Dev Ops priorities.
- Should have very strong analysis and problem solving ability.
- Identifying non - functional/functional technical requirements.
- Designing, developing and unit testing application and database packages and procedures.
- Good experience in .NET / Java application programming, any RDBMS, preferably Oracle/SQL Server, with strong PL/SQL development skills.
- Good experience in web application using technologies like Ajax, ExtJs, Jquery, HTML & CSS.
- Good understanding of application architectures, Continuous Integrations and Continuous Delivery / Deployment concepts and tools.
- Must have excellent software design, build, test and documentation skills.
- Proven track record in project delivery in an agile environment experience in JIRA would be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to stretch a lot and overlap well with the US team
- Excellent Communication and soft skills.
Requirements
- Education: B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
- Certifications If Any: Cloudera Certified Professional (CCP), Cloudera Certified Associate (CCA) or any other Big Data related certificates would be preferred.
- Experience Range: 6 to 10 Years
- Mandatory skills: .NET technologies, Java - J2EE (Basic) ORACLE/ SQL SERVER, JScript, AJAX, AGILE Development, Jira, Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory, Ansible and Datical
- Desired skills: Proficient on the above
- Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM (Regular Shift - To be Flexible)
