Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and walk-ins and converting them into premium memberships at the Centre
1. Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre
2. Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com members / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking
solutions
3.Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members
4. Recording all the details of the enquiries in the specified format and entering them into system
5. Getting all the statutory ID and qualification proofs from the premium members and storing it safely
6. Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
7. Updating the details of follow-up in the system
8. Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
9. Appearing for periodic evaluations
10. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and Accounts 11. In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to the seniors
12. Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of Shaadi.com/Centre and converting them to
Premium Membership13.
Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities
