Position : Platform Product Manager

Designation : Team Manager/ General Manager

Location: Chennai

Job Role :

- To help create one-off versions of software: we need to create scalable, fast solutions.

- So as a SaaS PM, you will lead the teams to build open and flexible products. This way different use cases can leverage the same features, but in various ways.

- As a platform PM you would be expected to not just have an understanding of your customers, but the customer's customers. This is a management role with direct report to the Product head.

KRAs :

- Understand the large strategic vision well enough to make short and long term trade-offs across different products

- Lead product development teams through market requirements, product definition, and positioning to deliver important product capabilities that solve critical customer problems.

- Help build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience

- Understand how to turn technical capabilities into extensible feature sets and know how to drive adoption of those features across an organization.

KPIs :

- Creating concise long term product roadmaps with an approach to build technology that is scalable, reliable and maintainable.

- Developing the product within the time frame.

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
