1. Passion for conceiving, designing, building, and successfully releasing  innovative products
and updates
2. Identify and prioritize the most immediate improvement opportunities. 
3. Act as agile product owners for their agile teams, to develop product requirements, user
stories, and feature requirements, to maintain the product backlog of priorities in close
collaboration with engineering, operations and business leaders. 
4. Monitor progress of the product through the product development life cycle, identifying
risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed. 
5. Engage and work closely with user experience (UX) and engineering teams to provide
guidance development and testing. 
6. Work with engineering to scope product delivery for releases and understand development
alternatives as well as support build/buy economics when applicable. 
7. Own and drive user adoption of products.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
