Role Purpose:
Inside Sales core responsibility is to bring attendees for our events and trainings business. There are set number and revenue targets for all events/training and to be achieved by the associate. The target varies depending on the profile of the event and are set in the beginning of every financial year. The person is responsible for end to end management of the delegates, starting from the point of database profiling and pitching to the right target audience to invoicing and eventually managing and maintaining a long team work relationship to ensure repeat business.
Responsibilities:
- The person is responsible for end to end management of the delegates, starting from the point of database profiling and pitching to the right target audience to invoicing and eventually managing and maintaining a long team work relationship to ensure repeat business.
- Reaching out to decision makers in corporate and generating sales lead through calls and email
- Managing marketing activities of mailings, advertisements, feeds on social media to ensure
- Ensure delegates registration and monitoring of collection of fees in close partnership with the accounts and operations teams
- Follow up on pending payments
- Profile database and inviting target audience as guests when need be
- Follow up on guest invites sent
- Sending confirmation and reminder emails to the confirmed attendees
- Reminder calls on the morning of the event if need be
- Managing registration end to end on the day of the event
- Networking with the delegates present on the day of the event
- Feedback collection
