Urgent requirement of Human Resource Manager for Canada / Australia.
Job Duties:
Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, promoting, transferring and terminating
Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed
Explain human resources laws, standards, policies and procedures, to the existing and new employees
Address any issue related to employment, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, working condition, schedules, promotion opportunities, benefits etc.
Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval
Education & Skills Requirement:
Must have 3+ years of related experience
Candidates with Masters in HR preferred
Must be fluent in English
