Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data administrator/developer with 5+ years of experience in data management and analytics, and at least 3 years of experience in AI/LLM (Large Language Model) related projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in SQL, the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, and experience in leveraging AI/LLM-driven analytics for business intelligence. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design data strategies, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and transform large-scale datasets.
Perform in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to analyze LLM performance metrics, evaluate model outputs, and create data-driven insights.
Develop dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize insights effectively.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions and provide strategic insights.
Conduct trend analysis, A/B testing, and predictive analytics to support business goals.
Work on AI/LLM-related datasets, ensuring quality, accuracy, and usability for performance evaluation and optimization.
Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, AI, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, or BI roles. Minimum 3 years of experience with AI/LLM projects (model evaluation, prompt analysis, fine-tuning metrics, or related analytics).
Advanced proficiency in SQL (including complex queries, performance tuning, and stored procedures).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
Familiarity with AI/ML analytics workflows, NLP datasets, and LLM evaluation metrics.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and working with AI/LLM datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
