A background of working as part of a design team
May need to work hours that aren't typical, so a flexible approach is needed to get the best from the job.
The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
A good knowledge of the following tools is required:
1.InDesign
2.Illustrator
3.Photoshop
4.Premier Pro
5.HTML (a plus) CSS (a plus)
Job Description:
Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
Liaising effectively with clients and other team members
Good understanding of Visual Brand requirements
Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adeptness with leading design software packages
The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
Consistent performance regardless of project
Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
