Job Description
A large MNC bank with a strong presence in India is looking to ramp up its field sales force across metros. This is a front line sales job with responsibility for meeting and exceeding business targets.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, well-organized, strongly networked with a flair for meeting people and offering solutions to meet their financial needs.
Responsibilities
- New business acquisition through open market
- Relationship Building / Deepening / Cross Sell / Transition
- Retention of relationships
- Risk management (KYC)
- Should have a strong network of Referral's in the market
- Strong at Referral management and new Referral empanelment
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Business Segments: Business loans, loans against properties (mortgages),
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (MBAs and PGs - please excuse)
- Maximum 1 years' sales experience in banking/financial services/FMCG
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
