=> Proven expertise in Branding and Advertising pref. in Luxury Segment
=> Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
=> Proficient in prioritizing business needs and identifying new / upcoming revenue stream for increased business growth.
=> Proven abilities in developing relationships with SMEs & Corporate clients by identifying the strength of each partner, planning monthly primary & secondary targets and coordinating with them for effective business development.
=> Expertise in identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
=> A keen communicator with honed interpersonal, problem solving and analytical abilities.
=> Strong Knowledge of ATL, BTL, Ad Sales, Space Sales OOH, Bill Boards, Print Media.
Brief Job Profile:
=> Handling complete marketing activities by implementing business plans and achieving organizational goals.
=> Analysing latest trends & customer behaviour, conducting competitor analysis and gathering market intelligence
=> Identifying prospective partners, generating business from new accounts and developing them to get consistent growth
=> Performing clients centric and ensuring clients satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
=> Providing support for introduction of various new products, monitoring product performance and acquiring clients feedback in order to institute product improvements;
=> Undertaking periodic review of current product portfolio and identifying potential for products with respect to company objectives & changing clients needs
=> Mentoring and training the functionaries to ensure the working efficiency
=> Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members.
=> Handling marketing activities. BTL & ATL for the promotion of brand.
=> Responsible for Ad Sales, Space Sales, OOH, Bill Boards & Revenue Generation.
