Cloud Operations Engineer - Noida - Thales @ Thales Group

A week in the life of a Cloud Operations Engineer:

• Support the company - defined AWS cloud strategy.
• Enjoy solving problems, work with customers, and have technical backgrounds from a variety of different fields.
• Collaborate and work very closely with Site Reliability Engineering and Security teams.
• Provide general guidance on questions from internal customers to troubleshooting and reproducing complex performance issues.
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting release and configuration management.
• Actively participating in change and incident management processes and coordinating several stakeholders.
• Ensure day to day world - class support to internal engineering and services teams.
• Making sure there are continuous Thales AWS cloud improvements.

• Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • To succeed at this job, you must have a strong customer focus and prior experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
  • You must have past experiences on LinuxWindows - based OS, experience in monitoringlogging like DataDog.
  • We would like someone to join our team who will have a strong customer focus and who is comfortable in an ambiguous, ever - changing environment. Have experience with incident and change management process.
  • We are looking for someone with excellent network analysis fundamentals, robust troubleshooting skills with large scale customer support systems and processes.
