Job Description
- Managing the entire customer life cycle from booking till possession
- Managing Complete MIS of customers till possession.
- Execution of Agreements with customers.
- Sending and coordinating with customers for Payments as per schedule.
- Resolving Customer queries and giving resolutions to any problems.
- Creating and Checking of demands and receipts generated
- Controlling and tracking of customer dues while monitoring outstanding payments & collection target
- Coordination with the legal team for verification and approval on formats of TPT, PTM and MOUs.
- Coordination with banks for loan files, collection of demands and
- Maintaining a good relationship with the customers & support both the management & the customer from booking till handover
Required Candidate profile
- This is an individualcontributor role, you have to be a self starter and should take initiative to complete all works.
- Hardworking Candidate with Go Getter attitude.
- Excellent is communications skills, both written and oral.
- Candidates will be preferred from Banking, Real Estate and Insurance background.
- Must have own conveyance.
- Willing to relocate/ work in Mohali.
