Job Description :

> Responsible for convincing the late or non-payers to repay the borrowed amount

> Updating the debtors on the loan's terms and conditions, collecting the payables

> Maintain customer files, recording conversations with the debtors and payments received

> Make calls to collect payments on any kind of past due bill
