Job Description

- Work with Brand Partners to ensure Brand business objectives are met through acquisition campaigns
- Prior experience with Snapdeal/ Flipkart/ Just Dial, PhonePe, PayTm, IndiaMart or similar marketplace is preferred
- Should already have a proven record of onboarding key clients across various categories on E-commerce platform
- Engage with Brand Partners to create campaign calendar and set expectations for TATs & SLAs
- Doing partnerships with Brands to create supply
- Manage brands, their expectations, commercials etc.
- Handling/ tracking day to day operations related to movement of material
- Managing/ on-boarding wholesalers on the seller platforms
- Scout for suitable partnership opportunity
- Ensure day to day ops related processes are implemented from discussion to implementation
- Ensure partnership yields targeted business
- Highlight hygiene issues or critical problems in time for quick resolution
- Identify cross-sell, upsell opportunities
- Form alliances with the objective of generating additional revenue
- Create an ecosystem of alliances to promote loyalty
- Responsible for new key accounts seller acquisitions/ onboarding on E-commerce platform
- Lead the B2B channel and grow it across the country'
- Conceptualize sales strategies and solutions to address clients requirements
- Identify potential channel partners, on-board them and build GTM Strategies with them
- Must establish productive, professional relationships with existing channel partners to maintain harvest new opportunities for Sales
- Hold sessions about products/services in to meet alliance's performance objectives and expectations
- Build an in-depth knowledge of the needs and challenges of our alliances and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights
- Facilitates activities between clients, sales teams, market planning, customer operations and executives to complete strategic selling process
- Demonstrates market expertise and a deep understanding E-commerce business organizations to drive customer decisions toward company, and products
- Target oriented mindset and must be able to work under pressure
- Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
