Job Description

We re currently hiring for a DevOps engineer in Gurgaon (India)

Looking for a strong DevOps engineer, who specialise in containerization & virtualization of applications and working with distributed platforms. The role involved will expect a strong background in designing and containerising production grade applications using Docker for native or cloud-based solution

Responsibilities:

• Automation of deployment of large-scale decentralized networks
  Standardizing release and configuration management processes for decentralized applications
  Configuration of decentralized applications
  Driven and passionate about technology
  Fits well with the team in a tech start up working in a niche technology
  Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
  Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsEssential Skills:
  B TechM TechBEMCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  Overall experience in the range of 4 to 8 years
  Deep understanding and experience of deployments on Linux Operating System (Ubuntu)
  Experience in Containerization Technology platforms Docker and Kubernetes
  Experience in the Continuous Integration specifically TeamCity, Jenkins etc
  Experience in Git based Configuration Management of source code
  Experience in Cloud Platforms Management on Azure and AWS Provisioning Virtual Machines, Managing Storage, Routing, Setting up Proxy Servers such as Apache, Nginx, Deployment Automation
  Knowledge of build tools such as Gradle or Maven
  Application Server Platform experience Spring Boot, Tomcat, JBoss etc

• Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of JEE application configuration such as on Spring Boot
    Experience in creation of ARM (Azure Resource Manager) Templates on Azure
    Knowledge of Meteor Javascript Framework
    Blockchain or DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) platforms R3 Corda, Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum or Quorum
    NoSQL document based databases such as MongoDB.
    Some experience in mobile app deployment
