• Good knowledge in handling all legal matters related to Real Estate.
• Expertise in understanding relevant aspects of laws.
• Ensure proper compliances Real Estate (Regulation Development ) Act, 2016(RERA Act) Compliance.
• Liasoning Work With Different Departments For Statutory Compliances Required For Project.
• Coordination With The Consultants For Documentations And Presentation In Departments.
• Any Other Related Task Assigned By The Management.
• Legal Issues Approvals Regarding RERA Other Authorities
• Effective Reporting Maintenance of Daily MIS
