Urgent Opening For Instrumentation Head @ @ Operational Energy

Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/ ECE/ C&I Engineering with Minimum 14 Years' Experience in Instrumentation Maintenance department of Combined Cycle plants of >200 MW.
• Sound knowledge on combined cycle Plant Instrument systems and leadership skills.
• Develop PM schedule for Power Plant Instrument equipment sand ensure its implementation.
• Taking prompt repairs & breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinating with EPC team for smooth takeover of Plant Instrumentation systems.
• Identifying the spares and ensuring they are available readily.
• Planning and Execution of major overhauls and inspections in line with OEM recommendations
• Preparation of Standard Maintenance Practices and implementation for Plant Instrumentation systems.
• Developing management programs meeting objectives for his areas.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance to applicable Legal and statutory requirements.
• Budget preparation for Plant Instrumentation systems maintenance in line with Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensures implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions and tracking of non-conformities
• Mobilization of resources for carrying out the maintenance
• Impart inter departmental training.
• Inculcate safe working practices among the team to attain the plant safety Goals.
• Co-ordination with operations and other departments to achieve Department objectives

Required Candidate profile
