Job Description

Retired Army Officer / Retired Paramilitary Force Officer will only apply.
A capable result orienting General Manager with experience of leading security organization with leading high performance team and of successfully increase productivity and efficiency whilst reducing cost and inefficiency.
Ability to keep level of head all time nurture and grow up the business, evaluate opportunities and risk.
Deliver new solutions for challenges, processes excellent client facing & configuration skills and highly successfully in development of organizational performance and business development.
Excellent hand on management and communication skills.
Experience from Private Security company is preferable.
Resolving commercial and client related issues and disputes.
Involved in recruitment of new security staff.
Should have good liaising with police, govt. authority & client.
Should have own vehicle
