Job Description

Job Description : 1. JOB PURPOSE : To assist CEO Retail by facilitating effective decision making and smooth & efficient convergence of information flowing in and out of the CEO retail s office. Track Annual Business Plan, analyse MIS, monthly reports and key agenda covered in meetings required for implementing key business strategies. 2. KEY CHALLENGES 1. Dealing with urgent and confidential issues 2. Managing varied and conflicting demands to meet agreed standards and timelines. 3. Co- coordinatingadministrative processes to deliver decision- making outcomes. 4. Developing appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of workflow for the Executive Team and Board of Management. 5. Establishing effective working relationships and high standards of customer service 3. KEY DECISIONS A. Made by Jobholder: 1. Choice of most effective method to get the job done 2. Prioritizingsome of the business related matters for CEO B. Recommendations to superior: 1. Meeting obligations and timelines for various activities.
4. INTERACTIONS Internal Interactions: All departmental heads of function Education : B. Tech / MBA.
