Soft Service Manager SME For Cochin @ Sodexo Food Solutions

Will be the Subject matter expert for all soft services of the contract- Cleaning services , waste management Mailroom, front office etc---(To add all the soft FM services of the contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Soft FM Subject matter expert- continue to acquire knowledge in the field of Soft FM
• Deploy at sites the agreed processes and initiatives as per contract
• Be familiar and expert of Sodexo Soft services framework, Processes and procedures
• Deploy the softs services framework at all sites within the branch
• Coordinate with Sodexo SSF Champion and resolve challenges in deploying the Sodexo global processes
• Coordinate with Sodexo SME and Client SPOC , develop a various measurement process for measuring hygiene of site facilities.
• Discuss with City manager , site leads and site soft FM Executive and develop deployment plans- ensure this is adopted to the changing requirements and to constantly improve the efficiency based on work load analysis.
• Get trained in all Soft services and develop and execute a plan to train all the site supervision staff
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that excellent service standards are attained and maintained in areas related to the contract
• Establish and maintain sound business relationships with all clients Site SPOCs to ensure maximum end user satisfaction
• Visit the operations site on a regular basis and discuss operational problems as well as decide corrective measures . Discuss with site manager and City manager the effective steps required to mitigate operational issues
• Prepare annual plan for new initiatives for implementation- For better delivery of services
• Develop training plan( along with Sodexo SME and L&D ) for all supervisory staff and train the supervisory staff

• Attend operation review meetings along with City manager
• Analyse reports, measurement data and other inputs from Client and suggest corrective measures to site leads and City manager
• Commitment to and promotion of all company/client procedures and policies
• Ensure sites are regularly audited, training calendars / site training reviewed and suggest corrective measures to City manager

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 10 years experience and out of which atleast 5 years in Soft FM field including cleaning services
• Aged around 40 with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and local language
• Hard working with good planning skills
• Proactive attitude to identify issues and develop and ensure effective mitigation .
• Graduate in any discipline - prefer from Hospitality field
• Ability to connect at the Senior Management level
• Well versed with technology and computing skills
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively with strong influencing skills
• Must be willing to travel and have knowledge of the industry segment that he/she is chosen to work for, markets, geography, etc
