Job Description

  • Preparation of sales strategy for the project based on product offered and customer segments,
  • Support pricing and sales initiatives for the projects,
  • Coordinate with marketing team for an integrated approach as per strategic plan,
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales target numbers,
  • Execute pro-active competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns,
  • Responsible for generating walk ins through networks with the CP's,
  • Negotiation/Deal finalisation & monitoring day to today activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.

Required Candidate profile

  • Candidate should be well verged with high rise residential building sales,
  • Candidate should be well verged with South Mumbai market,
  • Candidate should be well verged with MS- Office.
