Job Description

Responsibilities for Catering Manager

Review upcoming catering orders
Hold daily morning staff meetings
Dispatch order details to head caterer
Order inventory for upcoming orders
Ensure food waste is low
Keep labor hours in line with workload
Guide and train staff in the preparation of different recipes
Perform final check on all orders
