Greet every patient coming for counselling Analysing patient paying status and counselling accordingly as per categorise IOLs by giving only three choices After finalising the package, providing patient a written estimate of package and taking a counter signature on it
Should have keen focus on counselling conversion and counselling revenue Should book and admit all surgery patients in HMIS, one day before surgery/ day of surgery Should provide break up bills for packages to patients and TPA Should send all the documents required for final settlement to TPA within 2 days after surgery Should take feedback for surgery patients and updates the same to the management
