We are looking for an experienced and competitive Business Development Executives to join our team.
As our business development executive, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new leads & make them onboard with us. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals for Service professionals onboarding and maintain relations.
Candidates with past Experience in Leads management and client relations with market penetration will be preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, customer follow-ups, presentations, etc)
- Day to day Sales calls & closing leads
- Evaluate sales strategies effectiveness
- Evaluate client needs & build long-lasting client relationships
- Meet expected targets
- Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google sheet, Google documents
- Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency and use of mobile applications
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
