Greetings!

 We are hiring for Female Nurse for Delhi & NCR Location for one of our esteem client. The applicant should have minimum 2 to 5 years of nursing experience.

 Job Description:

  Accountable for arrangement accommodation for receiving patients in bed & making them comfortable.

1. Should be responsible for taking vitals notes, recording findings in the case sheet & report the patient's condition immediately to the Medical Officer
2. Responsible for documentation of every diagnosis and ongoing treatment plan of the patient
3. Monitor and record patient's conditions, evaluate patient's response to treatment and notify the doctor when appropriate.
4. Responsible for assisting the Medical Officer in attending & treating the patient as required & carry out the orders immediately.
5. Ensuring Infection control protocol rules & standards by disposal of infected & solid articles.
6. Assisting the medical team in carrying out the treatment plan

Required Candidate profile

GNM / B. Sc. Nursing having working experience with reputed Hospitals for at least 2 years.
