Job Description

Skills Required : Job Summary : The position has been created to facilitate to accelerating the business growth of Housing loans by way of and speedy decisions query resolutions and building quality portfolio thereby contributing to the growth of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Monitoring the overall functioning of the processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level. 2. Ensuring and monitoring resource productivity for Home Loan. 3. Managing customer relations business promotional activities. 4. Managing all customer escalations related to Home Loans. 5. Handling DST's, Bank branches, DSA's and referrals team to generate business of Home Loans. 6. Meeting up with CAT A, CAT B and CAT C builders and getting their projects approvals. 7. Identify and appoint DSA channel in all location after RCU and keep regular visit to get business
