Job Description

Skills Required :

Must have excellent communication skill (both written oral ) in English, Hindi Bengali is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

Handling Internal Recruitment Cycle.
Relationship Management with clients
Verifying company profile for the tie-up as per the criteria of the management
Co-ordinate with BDE regarding meeting with the client companies.
Doing negotiation with the companies regarding the terms for the empanelment purpose
Doing empanelment with other companies and Company Tie-up
Posting the Urgent Vacancies on website
Making and sending CV s to the client companies as per requirement
Co-ordinating with the recruitment team for the purpose of closing the vacancies.
Screening of the CV s before sending them to the client.
Conducting interview and co-ordinate for the same.
Handle the whole cycle of closing the vacancy up to joining of the candidate.
Willing to take up additional responsibilities as and when required from time to time.
