Job Description

Basic knowledge of computers and can work on MS Office Experience of 3- 4 years in the data processing / call centre environment. Ability to work under pressure with handling multiple resources Be motivated, who can motivate others too. Ability to work in a team environment and manage the resources on the production environment where teams are working on targets. Counsel the team members for their grievances. Ability to provide feedback, discuss issues with resources and maintain healthy work environment. Monitor the work force closely and provide the helping hand to the production / operation manager. Ability to work in a 24x7 working environment involving night shifts. Each shift consisting of eight hours. Graduate in any Discipline (preferably B.Sc. or B.Com) with understanding of computers. 3- 4 years of work experience managing the work force in a data processing / call center environment. Ability to handle large team.
