Position: Research Assistant
Nature of the job: Full time
Place of work: Vijayawada
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry (Analytical / Organic / Industrial)

Role requirements:
Conduct supervised research on fabrication and spectroscopic analysis / characterization of
thin films.
Key techniques would include thin film preparation, Fluorescence spectroscopic
measurements and analysis, and application testing.
Detailed documentation of experimental process and work, analysis of data, and presenting
the results.
Prototype / product development by closely working with inter / multi disciplinary teams
within the organization.
Conduct supervised experiments on the performance of developed prototype / product by
closely working with inter / multi disciplinary teams.
Laboratory coordination including stock control, storage of lab consumables and
maintenance of testing equipment / instrumentation.

Required Skills:
Working knowledge or experience in Spectroscopy and / or thin films.
Knowledge on MS Word, Excel and power point is must.
Candidate should have good laboratory practice, strong organizational skills, strong
attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently, multi tasking and team player.
