Job Description
Position: Colour Consumer Associates (ECA)
Company: Asian Paints (Third Party Payroll)
Location: Eluru, Hanuman Junction, Mehdipatnam, Vijayawada
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
- Candidates should have 45% throughout academics (Class X,XII & Graduation)
- Only Male candidate eligible
- Age should be with in 26 years
- Should be Fluent in Hindi Language
- Bike is Mandatory.
Job Responsibilities-
- Promoting Paint Total products to the customers who walkins to the store.
- Converting leads (generated by Colour Consultant and dealer) to Paint total,
- Visiting the Customer places, taking measurement of the walls & buildings, suggesting painting systems and colour combinations on computer, pitching premium, Luxury
- products, Specialty finishes and Nilaya wallpapers, textures for both interiors & exteriors.
- Submitting quotation to customers
- Managing contractors (working in Paint total).
- Executing Painting jobs through contractors in an organized way.
- Taking the feedback from customers.
- Reporting to dealer and to APL
- Performance will be measured in terms of business generated through Paint total and
- amount collected from the converted sites.
