Job Description

• Experience into into HEALTHCARE IT Projects
• Project management expertise as defined by the PMI. Should cover all aspects of scope, quality, configuration, cost, time, risk, issue, communications, release management, support management
• SPOC for Company accountable to handle all customer escalations
• Large team management and career development of team
• Business development activities like demonstrations, estimations, proposals
• Product and project documentation
• Product capability understanding and training and functional expertise on the product
• Managing onsite accounts for project initialization (with extensive travelling PAN India and Overseas)
• Managing onsite accounts for ongoing project escalations.
• Attending customer on demand site visit requests.
• Accountable for successful implementation.
• Coordination between the offshore Delivery Management and Onshore stakes
• Coordination with product control board and change control board.
• Managing On going projects, tracking of project status.
• Coordinating between onshore team and offshore team (technical & support team)
• Prioritizing of tickets - Error/CR/Customization etc.
• Revenue management on billable changes and control over FOC services.
• Proactive management of deliveries i. e. Within timelines.
• Allocating Budget with project specific instructions.

And documentation.

• Timely intervention onsite visits.
• Working on quality improvement with admin to retain Cmmi and Qms across all projects in org

• MRM i. e. Management review meetings.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
• Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
• Develop scope and budget for delivery projects
• Should be able to handle Government stakeholders including IT, Doctors & Bureaucr , having solutioning frame of mind

• Should be able to support Pre-Sales activities
