Job Description
As we are going to reopen Office soon post lockdown...A FULL Time, Day Job Opportunity for EXPERIENCED Recruitment professionals with Similar prior experience.
Our office is located in MALLAPUR, Opposite S2 Cinema [3 km from HUBSIGUDA MRT Station]. ONLY Those who are comfortable with that location, need to apply.
We are strong company in BFSI / IT recruitment for the last 14 years.

We are looking for people to join us with following JD -
- Utilizing various Job Portals like Naukri, Times job, Monster and Company's own Database.
- Screening & short-listing of candidates profile.
- Handling recruitment process & client relationship
- Screening the CV's according to client's parameters
- Scheduling the Interview with the Respective clients
- Daily/Weekly report Submitting to Sr. Authorities
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
