1.Interacting with clients through Email.
2.Escalating queries regarding Medi claim policy
3.Will have to coordinate with other departments for resolving customer's complaints and fulfilling their requests.
4.Needs to key in the details of the conversation he /she has with the client and backend team
Required Candidate profile
1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2.Candidates with good knowledge on MS-Excel will have an added advantage
3.Any graduate with good communication skills.
