Job Description

Required:-

(1) High school diploma or equivalent. (English Medium)
(2) Experience as a Telecaller or similar.
(3) Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
(4) Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Ms Word, Excel) and telephone systems
(5) Excellent knowledge of English
(6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibility:-

1.Lead/enquiry generation all over india.
2.Enter and update customer information in the database
3.Take and process orders in an accurate manner
4.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
